I am nominating Costner for Employee of the Month because he embodies the meaning of teamwork and positivity in our workplace. Costner consistently demonstrates an unwavering willingness to assist colleagues, making every interaction a pleasant and productive one. His calm demeanor and patience, even in the face of challenging situations, inspire those around them. He is typically able to lighten the mood of any situation with his quick wit and sense of humor.
Costner never hesitates to lend a hand or share their expertise, contributing greatly to the success of our team. His ability to remain composed and focused, regardless of the circumstances, sets a remarkable example for all of us. In every sense, Costner is the epitome of an ideal team player, deserving of this recognition for his contributions to our work environment.

Deann is always going the extra mile to support the science department. She always finds ways to surmount obstacles and find solutions and shows willingness to help out no matter what the need happens to be.
This month alone, she's taken time from her normal duties to help me with several different academic competitions and helped manage budgets and purchases for clubs and academic travel. She anticipates what I need before I even know I need it. The reason I hope you'll recognize Deann is that she is not only excellent at her own work, but makes all of us who work with her better at our own job duties.

Assistant AD Ian has been a joy to work with. He has kept communication open and is a willing listener to new ideas, focus and implementation. Very supportive and encouraging. He has been willing to "roll up his sleeves" by going above and beyond as well as taking care of even minor details. He definitely deserves some positive recognition as he covers so many details and does not lose focus on our student athletes.
