Josh is a master of multi-tasking customer support. All throughout July, he was able to update countless machines across classrooms, meeting spaces, and individual employees. This was even more impressive in the last couple of weeks, with 3 team members being out of the office, leaving him to solo the Smart Bar, where he continued to be a customer service all-star. Josh managed all of this with dedication, attention to detail, and total customer satisfaction.

Whether she is impacting students, faculty, administrators, staff, families, or NCSSM's partnering mentors around the Triangle, she is always taking action to provide the kind of service NCSSM can be proud of. You will find her supporting committee work, paperwork, program administration, event planning, procedures, ordering, organizing, reaching out to her colleagues, and being immediately responsive to a large number of stakeholders, both internal and external to NCSSM all hours of the day.
One of Mary's outstanding superpowers is that she proactively sees a need before it even becomes visible to others. This truly exemplifies her profound care and selflessness for others and why she is so beloved by her team, her colleagues, and the many, many students she serves in the summer and the academic year..
