In accordance with the NCSSM Staff Senate Bylaws, the SHRA Corresponding Secretary shall be staff elected at-large and shall serve as SHRA Corresponding Secretary for one year beginning in August of the academic school year.


General Description:


The SHRA Corresponding Secretary is the SHRA recording officer of the Staff Senate and the custodian of its records, except those specifically assigned to others. He/She will be responsible for taking minutes during SHRA Senate meetings and distributing the minutes and other pertinent information to the Staff Senate Members. This position in based in Durham.
